The short version
Universal Insurance Brokers started in 2014 with a simple frustration: captive agents only sell what they're told to sell. So we built something different — an independent brokerage with appointments at every major Florida carrier and a single rule: shop hard, charge fair, never lapse a client.
Today we run two offices — Boca Raton on Federal Highway and Lehigh Acres on Lee Boulevard — and we write policies across the entire state. Auto, home, commercial, health, life, and the wonky stuff in between.
How we're different
Most agencies are sales floors with quotas. We're a brokerage with appointments. That difference matters when you call us back six months later because rates went up and you want to re-shop — we'll actually do it, for free, because we work for you, not a carrier.

Our dealer specialty
Our agency is dedicated to helping auto dealers spot vehicles and increase F&I product penetration. Some of our offices are physically located inside dealerships, which means buyers can compare insurance rates in the same chair where they finance the car. It speeds up sales, locks in coverage, and means no one ever drives off uninsured.

We're small and intentional about it. Every call goes to a licensed agent, not a phone tree. Every quote gets a human review — no auto-generated nonsense, no upsell scripts. We've insured first-time drivers, multi-property landlords, fleet operators, food trucks, contractors, dentists, and one very lucky guy with a 1969 Camaro.
